), has signed a new 20-year lease for 50,835 square feet of office space at Sutton Park North.

The 100,000-square-foot office building in Valhalla, NY, is owned and managed by Louis Dreyfus Property Group.

David J. Friedman, northeast regional vice president of Louis Dreyfus Property Group, represented the ownership in the transaction.

Michelle Freeman of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented DEP in the transaction. DEP will maintain the Bureau of Water Supply in the building.

 agencies," stated DCAS Commissioner Martha K. Hirst.

"This is an important DEP site, and I would like to extend my thanks to all who assisted us with this transaction, especially Michelle Freeman and her."

Located on Columbus Avenue in Valhalla, Sutton Park North is a three-story office building with enclosed parking. It is the first of two buildings planned for Sutton Park, a 220,000-square-foot office complex. Louis Dreyfus Property Group has approvals for one additional building for a total of 120,000 square feet on the 30-acre site.
