On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. represented DEP in the transaction. DEP will maintain the Bureau of Water Supply in the building. "At DCAS our objective is always to secure quality space at the lowest possible cost to meet the needs of City of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. Located on Columbus Avenue in Valhalla, Sutton Park North is a three-story office building with enclosed parking. It is the first of two buildings planned for Sutton Park, a 220,000-square-foot office complex. Louis Dreyfus Property Group has approvals for one additional building for a total of 120,000 square feet on the 30-acre site.
