DENTSPLY receives favorable arbitration ruling.


YORK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 1997--DENTSPLY International Inc. (Nasdaq-XRAY) today announced that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Tribunal has ordered a judgment in favor of DENTSPLY which terminates, effective March 19, 1997, the Implant Distribution Agreement which formerly existed between Core-Vent Corporation and DENTSPLY's Implant Division. Pursuant to this agreement, the business is in the process of being transferred back to Core-Vent Corporation. DENTSPLY views this judgment as a very favorable development.
