DENTSPLY International Inc. declares quarterly cash dividend.


YORK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1997--DENTSPLY International Inc. (Nasdaq:XRAY) Monday announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.0925 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of 37 cents per share Cents per share
