THE PACESETTER DELTA DENTAL PLAN Delta Dental Plan,

WITH more than a 2 million-member lead over the No. 2-ranked company on the list, Delta Dental Delta Dental is the largest and oldest dental plan system in the United States. The Delta Dental Plans Association is comprised of 39 independent Delta Dental member companies operating in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.  remains the largest dental health plan in Los Angeles. Along with the rest of the dental industry, Delta is suffering losses in its HMO program enrollment but has seen its PPO membership increase by 38 percent.
