to Jun. 11, 2007 (Monday)(21 days)
3. Purchase price: 1,350 Japanese yen per share
4. Number of shares tendered and shares purchased:
   Number of shares tendered:  6,276,480 shares
                               (60 shareholders tendered)
   Number of shares purchased: 5,500,000 shares
(Since the number of shares tendered exceeded the number of
planned purchased shares, tender offeror purchased shares from
each shareholder in proportion to the number of shares tendered.)
