 DENISON MINES DISPUTE TO BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION
 TORONTO, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Denison Mines Limited announced


today that Justice Blair of the Ontario Court of Justice (General Division) has affirmed Denison's position that the disputes relating to the price payable by Ontario Hydro under the uranium sales agreement should be determined by arbitration.
 In his decision, Justice Blair granted an order staying the action commenced in January, 1992 by Ontario Hydro against Denison.
 Denison will be expeditiously proceeding to have the disputes resolved by arbitration.
