DELRINA ADVISES ON THIRD QUARTER PERFORMANCE SALES TO INCREASE 36%; LOWER THAN EXPECTED SALES AND PROFITS.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1995--Delrina Corporation today advised that based on a preliminary review, sales for the third quarter ended March 31, 1995 will increase 36 percent to approximately $37 million, up from $27.3 million for the same period last year.

The company anticipates that sales will be approximately $3 million shy of the consensus analysts' projection for the quarter and earnings will be approximately 10 cents short of the consensus analysts' expectations for the quarter. These anticipated results may also affect analysts' year-end forecasts, for the year ending June 30, 1995.

"Retail sales of the company's products to individual end-users continues to be strong," said Dennis Bennie Dennis Bennie is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of XDL Capital Corporation, a venture capital firm focusing on Internet software.

In the late 1980s, Bennie was the CEO at Carolian Systems International, which was a firm that made business software for
