DELL COMPUTER PLANS PRODUCTION, SALES CENTER IN CHINA AS PART OF CONTINUED GLOBAL EXPANSION.

Dell will establish the China Customer Center to produce, sell and provide service and technical support for the company's full range of computer systems in that market.
