 DELAVAN GAS TURBINE PRODUCTS RECEIVES AIRCRAFT ENGINE COMPONENTS
 CONTRACT VALUED AT APPROXIMATELY $90 MILLION
 NEW YORK, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Delavan Gas Turbine Products Division of Coltec Industries Inc (NYSE: COT) announced today that it has received a contract valued at approximately $90 million over 10 years from the Allison Gas Turbine Division of General Motors to produce fuel injection nozzles for three new turbine engine programs.
 The three engine programs are the GMA 2100, an advanced turboprop engine of approximately 6,000 shaft horsepower; the GMA 3007, a turbofan engine with 7,200 pounds of thrust, and the T406 turboshaft engine.
 The GMA 2100 has been selected to power the Saab 2000 and the IPTN N-250, both regional aircraft. It also is aimed at the markets for military transports and other high-speed, long-range applications such as the C-130 transport and the L-100 freighter.
 The GMA 3007 has been selected to power Cessna's new Citation X Business Jet and the Embraer EMB-145 Regional Jet. The engine is designed for regional jets and business jets.
 Delivery of prototype nozzles will begin later this year and production hardware is scheduled to begin in 1993 and extend until 2002.
 Delavan Gas Turbine Products, based in Des Moines, Iowa, manufactures fuel injectors, spray bars and other components for commercial and military gas turbine engines.
 Coltec Industries, Inc., based in New York, is a manufacturing company with sales of approximately $1.4 billion serving aerospace, automotive and other industrial markets.
