Many self-guided tours come with suggestions, maps, instructions, directions, and items to see or do. . The Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969. Cultural Arts Center Foundation's inaugural holiday home tour will be from 1 to 6 p.m, when visitors can take in the delights at five distinctive Simi Valley homes.
