Peacefully on 22nd April 2009, in his 90th year, Dr. David Victor Salkeld, adored husband for over 62 years of Marion, wonderful dad to Lindsey, Alison and Judith, a much loved grandfather and great grandfather. Funeral Service at Trinity Church, Gosforth on Thursday 30th April at 11.00am, followed by private cremation cremation, disposal of a corpse by fire. It is an ancient and widespread practice, second only to burial.
