DEATH CRASH DRIVER JAILED; 5 years for boy racer.

ABOY ABOY American Black Oystercatcher (bird)  racer racer, name for several related swift, slender snakes, especially those of the genus Coluber. All of the racers are nonpoisonous, nonconstricting, day-active snakes. The black racer, C.  who killed his teenage girlfriend in a high-speed crash has been jailed for five years. Anthony Dingwall, 21, lost control of his powerful car at 80mph and careered into another vehicle.

Front-seat passenger Charlene Ferrans, 18, suffered severe head and abdominal injuries and died later in hospital.

Dingwall, of Auchinleck, Ayrshire, was travelling at twice the 40mph speed limit in his Volkswagen Golf GTi when he braked violently and swerved into the other car.

Gregory Sanders, defending, told the High Court at Edinburgh that Dingwall had expressed his 'heartfelt regretHe added: 'This is a desperate tragedy brought about by his utterly stupid and reckless actions.

'His driving was absolutely disgraceful dis·grace·ful

Bringing or warranting disgrace; shameful.

Dingwall, who admitted causing Charlene's death in April last year by dangerous driving, was also banned for 10 years
