 is reminding county residents they have until midnight tonight to register to vote and are encouraging those who haven't to participate in Midnight Madness at the Hollywood Bowl The Hollywood Bowl is a modern amphitheatre at 2301 North Highland Avenue in Hollywood, California, USA, that is used primarily for music performances. Aside from the presidential election, U.S. Rep. Howard ``Buck'' McKeon, R-Santa Clarita, is being challenged for his seat by Sid Gold, a Northridge physician.

Assemblyman George Runner George C. Runner, Jr. (born March 25 1952 in Scotia, New York) is a Republican California State Senator, who represents the 17th Senate District, which includes portions of Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County and Ventura County.  is running against Democrat Paula Calderon and Libertarian Greg Bashem of Lancaster. There are also four seats open on the Castaic Lake Water Agency Board.

Residents who wish to register must be U.S. citizens, Los Angeles County residents, not in prison, never convicted of a felony and 18 by Election Day.

Registration forms are also available throughout the county at 1,300 locations, including libraries, fire stations, post offices and city clerk offices.

The County Clerk's Office, 12400 Imperial Highway, Norwalk, also will have registration forms and a deposit box for completed forms available in the front lobby until midnight.
