DEAD MAN FOUND AT OFF-RAMP.

A man who was shot to death was found on the side of a San Diego Freeway The San Diego Freeway (Interstate 405, and the part of Interstate 5 south of the El Toro Y[1]) is one of the principal north-south highways in Southern California, and the major beltway of I-5 running through Southern California.  off-ramp early Monday, and police are asking the public's help in identifying him.

 freeway off-ramp at 12:30 a.m. and called police, said Detective Frank Bishop of the Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  Police Department's Foothill Division.

``He was in plain sight,'' Bishop said of the victim, who was shot a number of times in the upper body and recently left there. ``You couldn't go down the off-ramp and not see him.''

The victim had no identification on him, police said during a 1 p.m. news conference at the Foothill station.

The man is African-American, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds, Bishop said. He was dressed in a light gray-colored sweat shirt, blue jeans blue jeans also blue·jeans
