DEAD END STREET; MURDER IN WEATHERFIELD BUT HOW WILL TONY TAKE HIS REVENGE? Corrie cliffhanger has three possible endings as Scots star kills love cheat Liam.

IT'S the soap storyline of the year - and it's three times as shocking as any death you've ever seen on Coronation Street Coronation Street is an award-winning British soap opera. Corrie's Tony Gordon Tony Gordon is a character on the British soap opera Coronation Street. He arrived in 2007 and is played by Gray O'Brien. He is set to woo Carla Connor, which she will leap at the oppurtunity of, after sharing a kiss with her brother-in-law Liam Connor.  is about to kill his love rival Liam in an eagerly-awaited storyline next week - and the producers have decided to outfox out·fox

Evil businessman Tony, played by Scots star Gray O'Brien, plans to murder his former brother-in-law after finding out that Liam had been having an affair with his fiancee Carla.

But while regular Corrie viewers have been expecting the blood to be spilled for a while, the show has kept everyone guessing about the how, where and whens of the dastardly das·tard·ly

 act. Tony found out about the affair when Rosie Webster threw herself at him, and after he shunned her, the teen temptress showed him a video of Carla and Liam together.

And now the soap bosses have decided to up the suspense by revealing that three different murders have been filmed, and even the cast don't know which one will be screened next week.

For the first time in the show's history, all five episodes of Corrie, starting on Monday, will take place over one 24 hour period, leading up to the murder and showing the consequences.

Here we look at the three murder storylines.

1 TONY SHOOTS LIAM WITH REAL BULLETS AT THE STAG PARTY PAINTBALL paintball Sports medicine A sport in which marble-sized gelatin capsules filled with a nontoxic dye are shot at speeds of 300 kph/200 mph Warning:  CONTEST

ALL the Corrie lads are off on the stag do to celebrate Tony's impending wedding to Carla, who was really in love with Liam.

But one of them won't return from playing soldiers, as Tony makes sure that he and Liam are separated from the rest of the group and while everyone is busy firing dummy paint bullets at each other, Tony whips out a real gun.

2 TONY MAKES SURE LIAM IS DEAD AFTER BEING VICTIM OF A HIT-AND-RUN DRIVER

THE events of the wedding build-up boil over into a bloody end for poor Liam when he is knocked down by a hit and run driver.

Liam is left dying on the street, and of all people, it's evil Tony who finds him first and holds him as he breathes his last, with the Scots schemer making sure his rival is completely gone.

3 TONY THROWS LIAM FROM THE BALCONY OF ONE OF HIS NEW FLATS

LIAM should know better than to accept an invitation onto a strange man's balcony, especially when it's from slimy Tony.

Tony takes Liam to see one of his flats in the new Victoria Court development, and is especially keen to show him the view from the balcony.

But when the pair peer over the side to the view beyond, you can guess what happens.

Tony seizes his chance and topples poor Liam over the edge to his death.
