DEACOM Fits Mold for International Coatings Manufacturer.

Produced by Deacom, Inc., the DEACOM ERP System is designed to seamlessly integrate all areas of a coatings manufacturer, including formulation and Quality Control (QC), inventory control, sales order entry, purchasing, Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) generation, production, and accounting/financials.

Zyvax has over 45 years of experience in producing breakthrough mold preparation products with proven track records. The company's release systems apply scientific expertise and manufacturing process knowledge to develop mold preparation and release products for a wide range of composite and urethane industry needs. In order to increase the efficiency of its five-location operation, Zyvax sought to consolidate its existing business system, which mainly relied on Excel[R] and Word[R] applications.

Purchasing Manager Chris Thompson explains, "We simply outgrew our existing system and saw the need for an ERP system that offered an out-of-the-box solution that integrated all of our business processes in one spot."
