DDSI to Distribute APT's HoloPass Fingerprint Scanner.

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (OTC: DDSI) announced today that it has agreed on a distribution agreement with Advance Precision Technology, Inc. (PINK SHEET: APRE), that allows DDSI to bundle the HoloPass(TM) Fingerprint Reader with the DDSI Fingerprint Matching Software.

"This will round out our product offerings and allow us to provide a complete solution and package to our customers," stated Garrett Cohn, President of DDSI.

Under the terms of the agreement, DDSI will market HoloPass(TM) to its law enforcement clients for use with the DDSI FMS applications.

Advance Precision Technology, Inc., holds seven patents and is a pioneer in the development of hologram technology for use with fingerprint capture devices. "We are quite pleased with the test results obtained by DDSI in comparing the HoloPass(TM) with competitive products," stated Hunepohl. "This should allow DDSI products to outperform their competitors by giving them better matching due to the high quality of print received from HoloPass(TM).
