DDI Finds the Leadership Labor Market Remains Competitive, and Workforce Engagement is Tied to Effective Leaders.

DDI's Leadership Forecast 2003 Reveals That While Good Leaders Are

Still Hard to Find, They Increase Employee Loyalty and Performance

The findings include:
