Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories (DCL) the non-prescription skin and hair care product developer that pioneered the direct dispensing marketplace, today introduced Platinum Series - an all-inclusive, easy-to-use, six-piece skin care system designed to address every symptom of photoaging.

Step Two involves the Eye Refining Matrix, the most complete solution for eye area concerns.
