("DCI" or the "Company") reported first quarter revenues of $5,762,138 with net earnings of $214,006 for the period ended March 31, 1997. This represents earnings per share of $0.02. These results show significant improvement over the three quarters reported since the Company went public in May 1996. In April 1997, DCI reported its December 31, 1996 year end results of $9,796,897 in revenues with net earnings of $257,613, representing earnings of $0.02 per share. As Tecway Technologies Limited was acquired by DCI at the end of September 1996, comparative first quarter results are not available.
