DBI wouldn't comment on terms of the deals for San Joaquin Beverage Co. and Capital Beverage Co., but said that the two additions should boost the annual revenues for the beer distributor from about $290 million to as much as $400 million. Expected to close in early 2009, the sales will mean the company will now operate six DBI distributorships in Northern California and one in Memphis.
