DBBM apartment loan.


Deutsche Bank Deutsche Bank AG (IPA: /'dɔɪ.tʃə/[1]) (ISIN: DE0005140008, NYSE: DB) (English: German Bank  Berkshire Berkshire (bärk`shĭr, –shər, bûrk`–) or Berks (bärks, bûrks), former county, S central England.  Mortgage (DBBM) recently provided an $11.8 million Freddie Mac Freddie Mac: see Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation.  loan for the acquisition of Paseo Park Apartments, a 134-unit apartment community located in Fremont, Ca.

The loan was structured to be a 7.5 year fixed rate plus one year variable rate financing. The new owner will reposition the property from a class C asset to class B.
