MELBOURNE, Fla., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- DBA Systems, Inc.

(NASDAQ: DBAS), a Melbourne-based defense imaging, charting, geodesy, and electronics firm announced today that it has signed a settlement agreement with Martin Marietta Corporation (NYSE: ML) resolving two pending lawsuits.
On May 23, 1991, DBA filed a suit against Martin Marietta Corporation in the Circuit Court of Brevard County, Fla., alleging that in 1990, Martin Marietta attempted to exercise a contract option contrary to the terms of the option and then wrongfully terminated the contract between the parties.
