Westlake High's Amanda Goodman on Wednesday opened a four-shot lead after two rounds of the Marmonte League The Marmonte League is a high school sports league primarily made up of schools from Ventura County. Goodman was two strokes behind Calabasas' Jessie Jones following Tuesday's first round, but she followed her 3-over-par 39 with a 4-over 40 on Wednesday.

Jones shot a 1-over 37 Tuesday but slipped to second with an 11-over 46 in the second round.

Westlake leads the team competition, 16 strokes ahead of Agoura. The tournament counts 75 percent toward the league title, with head-to-head matchups worth 25 percent.

    Viewpoint, which finished third in the Liberty League last season, will play at Providence of Burbank on Tuesday to determine the league champion.

    --Valley Alternative 3. SOCES SOCES Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies  0: Olayinka Rahman had 17 kills and seven digs, and Chealsea Umana served 11 aces as Valley Alternative of Sherman Oaks (11-0, 8-0) swept host SOCES of Reseda 25-8, 25-8, 25-10.

    --Sylmar 3, San Fernando 0: Laura Rosales and Reina Ruvallaba each had 17 assists for visiting Sylmar (8-4, 8-1).
