After being upset by Harvard-Westlake of Studio City on Saturday, the Sylmar High girls' basketball team, ranked No. 3 by the Daily News, got back on track at the expense of host San Fernando San Fernando, city, Argentina

LaShay Fears scored 23 points to go with six assists and 10 steals and was one of six players to score in double figures for Sylmar (13-8, 7-0).

The effort broke a school record of 93 points set last season against Kennedy of Granada Hills and is the school's largest margin of victory.

In the United States of America, Notre Dame  4: Nadia Dan and Devon MacLaughlin scored three goals each as the Harvard-Westlake of Studio City (11-4, 8-0) clinched its eighth consecutive Mission League title with a victory at Valley College.
