Oscar Avelar had 37 kills, Gil Lingamen had 28 kills and Esteban Aldana had 62 assists for the Vikings (7-1, 5-0). ``We could have done a better job,'' said Aldana. ``We started a little slow, but we were able to get the job done.'' The Spartans (5-2, 3-2), who were trying to avenge Monday's five-game loss to the Vikings, saw a good performance from Chris Pelayo who had 27 kills, 18 digs and nine blocks.
