It is one of two major resort towns in Utah, the other being Moab. It is considered to be part of the Wasatch Back and a part of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. , for 220 Kodak electronic merchandisers. These merchandisers will be placed with various "high profile" national accounts throughout the United States. The first twenty machines will be delivered by February 15, 1995. The total value of this agreement is in excess of $1.12 million (CAN).

This agreement initiates an aggressive sales and marketing campaign for DataWave's photographic electronic merchandiser and TeleCard machine for 1995. It is also the first of several initiatives, in 1995, with major US based companies, that DataWave expects to confirm over the next 60 days.

DataWave stands out from other vending machine manufacturers in that no competitors use a wireless, on-line credit card-transaction processing technology to dispense products, which one of North America's leading accounting firms predicts will be the leading technology of the 1990's.

Mr. Hough is also pleased to announce that DataWave will be hosting a broker and shareholder meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 1995, at the Hotel Georgia, 801 West Georgia Street, from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
