DATAHAND/WYNIT SIGN AGREEMENT TO DISTIBUTE ERGONOMIC KEYBOARDS.

DataHand Systems, Inc., a developer of ergonomic keyboards, has signed a dealer agreement with Wynit, Inc., a national distributor of computer peripherals and digital imaging equipment.

Wynit offers us the opportunity to sell our Ergonomic Keyboards to companies such as Gateway, Dell, EDS (Electronic Data Systems, Plano, TX, www.eds.com) Founded in 1962 by H. Ross Perot (independent candidate for the President of the U.S. in 1992), EDS is the largest outsourcing and data processing services organization in the country.  and many others -- all of whom currently purchase computer peripherals from Wynit. Negotiations are already underway with several of Wynit's major customers for delivery of a significant number of DataHand Keyboards. DataHand and Wynit also plan to partner on a joint marketing and advertising campaign for the DataHand Ergonomic Keyboard."

With annual sales of $200 million, Wynit boasts a combination of computer expertise, technological expertise and personal service. Prior to the agreement, Wynit had placed the largest order for DataHand Ergonomic Keyboards to date. That order has been delivered.
