DATA RESEARCH SIGNS $2.2 MILLION CONTRACT WITH CUYAHOGA COUNTY

 ST. LOUIS, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Data Research Associates Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: DRAI) today announced that it had signed a contract valued at $2.2 million with the Cuyahoga County Public Library in Parma, Ohio. The contract is a turnkey (hardware/software) sale, with the initial system installation commencing during Data Research's fiscal second quarter, which ends March 31.
 The Data Research System at Cuyahoga will support up to 900 concurrent users in the main library and 29 branches. Cuyahoga's current holdings include approximately 500,000 titles and 2.9 million items.
 Data Research headquartered in St. Louis, is a leading provider of library automation systems, networking services and other related services for libraries.
