DASCO COMPANIES appoints Mark Nussbaum as assistant general counsel.


WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 1996--DASCO COMPANIES' President Bruce A. Rendina announced the appointment of Mark Nussbaum as assistant general counsel.

Mark Nussbaum has spent 10 years as an attorney specializing in healthcare law. His expertise includes transactions involving acquisitions and dispositions of hospitals, physician practices, durable medical equipment Durable medical equipment is a term of art used to describe certain Medicare benefits, that is, whether Medicare may pay for the item. The item is defined by Title XVIII the Social Security Act:
