Club career has warned his Scotland team-mates they're not good enough to think they can ever simply turn up and win. He said: "The incidents and situations that happened didn't help but we need to makes sure they're in the past now. "We need a settled squad and to make sure everyone in the dressing room wants to be here and play for the boss. "I look at the last two performances and see the way the players responded to criticism of the manager. "He took the brunt of the criticism when we should lose as a team. It's not just the manager who loses. At times we've failed him. We've been disappointing.
