DAN'S AN SPL FAN.

DANNY CADAMARTERI Daniel Leon "Danny" Cadamarteri (born October 12, 1979 in Cleckheaton) is an English footballer, currently playing for Huddersfield Town in Coca-Cola League One.

Cadamarteri is a product of the Everton F.C. Academy.
last night launched a staunch defence of Scottish football - and insisted it's far silkier than the kick-and-rush English game English Game

But amid all the negativity about our game Cadamarteri has been pleasantly surprised to see every team adopt a flowing approach. He said: "I expected to get kicked all over the park but that's not been the case.

"That's what it was like in England at times - I spent two seasons getting lumps kicked out of me.

"In League One and the Championship it's a big problem because teams just want to fight and tussle.

"But up here even the so-called lesser sides like St Mirren and Falkirk pass theballaroundandplaynicestuff.

"The SPL gets a negative press down south and people say the standard is poor but I can vouch for the fact it's not."
