DAMARK International, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Its New Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

DAMARK International, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMRK) announced today that Kim M. Mageau has joined its management team in the capacity of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Mageau's areas of responsibility will include capital strategy, investor relations, all accounting and reporting functions, public relations, facilities, legal and general administration. She will report to George S. Richards, DAMARK's President and Chief Operating Officer.

In addition, from her earlier experience as Deluxe's Vice President of Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Engineering, Ms. Mageau also brings administrative and process control abilities. Kim's multi-disciplined background in finance, operations and legal matters will allow her to provide unique leadership to our organization. Steve Letak, formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Damark, leaves this position to join ClickShip Direct, Inc. as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as previously announced, reporting to Mark A. Cohn, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ClickShip Direct, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DAMARK.

Ms. Mageau, 42, obtained her BS in Accounting from Carlson School of Business and Management, University of Minnesota, and her law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, MN. Her professional designations include CPA and JD, and she has taught MBA and MBT programs. Mr. Letak, 45, graduated from Creighton University and obtained his MBA from the University of Minnesota. His professional designations include CPA, CIA and CPCU.
