(Nasdaq:DMRK) announced today that it is pleased to update its financial forecast for Provell, its membership services business. The Company expects net revenues for membership services for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2000 to exceed $32 million and operating income Operating Income The profit realized from a business' own operations. It also expects cash flow from operations Cash flow from operations A firm's net cash inflow resulting directly from its regular operations (disregarding extraordinary items such as the sale of fixed assets or transaction costs associated with issuing securities), calculated as the sum of net income plus noncash expenses for the fourth quarter to exceed $13 million. For the year ending December 31, 2000, the Company expects net revenues for membership services in excess of $134 million and operating income greater than $27 million.
