DALLAS.

Big D is Big Attraction

Dallas is the top visitor and leisure destination in Texas, and one of the nation's top draws for association meetings. Dallas' convention package knows few peers nationwide--more than 50,000 area hotel rooms, the nation's second busiest airport, and a convention center offering 800,000 square feet of exhibit space that is currently undergoing a $125 million expansion and renovation project.

Virtually every major hotel chain has a flagship-quality hotel in Dallas, and the city features numerous unique group event venues including Southfork Ranch (home of TV's "Dallas"), which now offers nine different ballrooms and 63,000 square feet of meeting space.
