DALBAR Releases Top 25 Insurance Web Site Rankings; Fidelity Investments and MetLife Affiliate New England Financial Rank No. 1.

DALBAR today named Fidelity Investments Fidelity Investments is a group of privately held companies in the financial services industry. It is made up by two independent but closely cooperating companies, Fidelity Management and Research Corporation (FMR Co.  and New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Web-sites are rated based on the quality and range of pertinent information and services available to the web-site visitor. Information and services are divided between:

EASE OF USE (25%)

Web-sites are rated based on the visitor's ease in navigating the site, ability to locate important information quickly and easily, and ability to access help when using the site.

EDITORIAL CONTENT (15%)

Web-sites are rated based on the quality and relevance of the ongoing editorial content on the site, including but not limited to press releases, promotions, news updates, commentaries, and investor education. Ratings are based on the findings of DALBAR' WebMonitor program which monitors changes in content of the industry's leading web sites on a daily basis.
