Littlerock

The freshman boys' basketball team concludes its season tonight at home against Lancaster. Littlerock has had a rough year, losing 18 of its first 21 games and having four players leave over the last six weeks.

Mitchell Walker was given a suspension from school and left the team soon after, Mauricio Arguiles and Anthony Brevel were taken off the roster after missing several practices, and Kohner Simpson moved out of the area and enrolled in another school.

``Losing those players was hard,'' coach Ben Dale said. ``They were basically the center of our team. But everyone else managed to put forth more effort and try to play more team ball.''
