According to the National Junior College Research Association, College of the Canyons consistently ranks in the top 50 community colleges in the nation. although she missed the first 11 games because of academic problems. The sophomore outfielder is batting .431 and has struck out just twice in 51 at-bats. Her twin sister, Aimee, is a starting infielder who is batting .232 with 15 RBI RBI abbr.
