The Master's College History
The Master's College was founded as Los Angeles Baptist Theological Seminary on May 25, 1927 to meet the need for a fundamental Baptist school on the West Coast.

Game played on an ice rink by two teams of six players on skates. The object is to drive a puck (a small, hard rubber disk) into the opponents' goal with a hockey stick, thus scoring one point.
 team suffered a big setback Saturday in a 6-4 loss to Hart, both on and off the ice at the Ice Station rink in Valencia.

The Cowboys lost a two-goal lead in the third period and the end of the game was marred by an on-ice brawl that spilled over into the stands, where players and fans exchanged angry words.

Canyon led 2-0 after two periods and after Danny Colosantos' goal midway through the third put the Cowboys up 3-2, the Indians answered with four consecutive goals. Steven Berry scored in the final minute to cut the deficit to 5-4, but Hart scored an empty-net goal seconds later.

Hart

The freshman softball team, which plays host to Crescenta Valley The Crescenta Valley is a small inland valley in Los Angeles County, California. Its name derives from its crescent-like shape, with the convex portion facing roughly northeast and the concave portion southwest.  today in a nonleague game, finished strongly in the Ventura Black and Blue tournament on Saturday and won the consolation championship.

The Indians defeated Santa Barbara in a doubleheader, 13-1 and 12-3, to win the title. In the second game, Megan Hairell hit a home run and drove in three runs and pitcher Casey Manent threw a complete game for her second victory of the season and also drove in two runs.

The varsity team won the championship of its own tournament on Saturday with a 5-0 victory over Thousand Oaks. Casey Pickard pitched a three-hitter and catcher Sara Dean was named tournament MVP (Multimedia Video Processor) A high-speed DSP chip from Texas Instruments, introduced in 1994. Officially introduced as the TMS320C80, it combines RISC technology with the functionality of four DSPs on one chip. .

Saugus

The girls' junior varsity track team had the schools' best finish at the Burbank Invitational on Saturday, taking third place overall.

The Centurions' best finish came in the sprint medley relay, when Kyla Sims, Jessica Bercovici, Christine Tinsley and Michelle Nichols combined for a first-place finish. Shauna McDermott also finished first in the 3200 meters, followed closely by Tinsley in third.

Kelly Kruse was Saugus' top varsity finisher, taking first place in the triple jump.

Valencia

Both the varsity and junior varsity girls' swim teams are off to encouraging 3-1 starts. They host Alemany at 3 p.m. at Santa Clarita Pool. It's the Vikings' last home meet of the month as well as their final test before beginning Foothill League competition next week at Burbank.

The Valencia boys' team, which also competes against Alemany today, is 2-2.
