DAILY NEWS TABS HASSE AS HEAD OF CIRCULATION.Byline: Daily News Ron Hasse, a nine-year veteran of the Daily News' circulation department, was promoted to circulation director effective today. The appointment was announced by Publisher Ike Massey. ``Ron Hasse has the experience, insight and intelligence to take over this very important position at the Daily News,'' Massey said. ``We are fortunate to be able to promote him from within the paper.'' Hasse, 32, is a graduate of California State University, Northridge CSUN offers a variety of programs leading to bachelor's degrees in 61 fields and master's degrees in 42 fields.
