Through the public's help and generosity, these children have a memorable Christmas. The items are airlifted by 12 off-duty police officer pilots and flown to Calexico, where representatives from the mission drive across the border and meet us there at the airport. Some of us go across the border and meet with the children - observing their happy faces gives one a sense of fulfillment.''
