She also enjoys the class, comprising both regulars and those walking in for the first time, on a more personal level. ``Sometimes I'm shy,'' Carreon admits. ``But this volunteering is helping me. Being in front of these people - leading and helping them - is helping me get rid of my shyness. ``Maybe this change happened with age, because it hasn't happened before,'' she adds with a laugh. I'll build it up from there.`` BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: Carreon wishes she had never left school. ``But I was a young mother, a single parent. It was very hard.'' WHAT WOULD BE A PERFECT DAY FOR YOU?: Being busy a lot of the time, the perfect day for Carreon is ``when I can just relax.'' FAVORITE ACTIVITIES: ``I like to read. I like to walk. Sometimes you just need to be alone. You need the quiet. You need that with the way life is now: so fast.'' GOALS FOR THE FUTURE: Carreon is eager to get started at school. ``I'm not sure whether I want to get back into nursing. It might be different now; I'm not sure. But I just want to get back to school and get started. Mainly to enrich myself.'' HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?: ``I think it's important learning to love yourself and being happy - being happy with what you do, and who you are. And being able to make people around you happy, too.''
