They are so grateful to you for anything you do for them. They can do such beautiful work.'' WHY DO YOU VOLUNTEER?: ``Because I feel like I'm helping out. Even though there are probably a million and one things I can do around the house. I enjoy doing it.'' MOST DIFFICULT DAILY TASK: ``Cooking dinner. I hate to cook now that my kids are gone. My mother lives with us - she's 99 years old - so I cook for her. I can cook if I have to, but it's not one of my favorite My Favorite is an independent synthpop band from Long Island, New York.
