In his 20 to 30 volunteer hours a week at the Volunteer Center in Panorama City, Scott puts together two of the center's newsletters, from conception to finished product.

One newsletter, called the Connection, is for anyone who calls up the center wanting to volunteer for a nonprofit A corporation or an association that conducts business for the benefit of the general public without shareholders and without a profit motive.

BIGGEST DILEMMA: ``Deadlines are always here before I know it. When one assignment is finished, another one begins.''

MOST DIFFICULT TASK: ``The biggest thing that creates frustration is down time, when I feel that there isn't anything to do.''

FAVORITE DAILY TASK: ``Writing and reading what I have written is what I enjoy doing.''
