 DADE COUNTY BRACES FOR SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT
 In what promises to be a trashy event designed to make a clean


sweep of Dade County, Community Recycling, an Attwoods Company, today will make a major announcement concerning what one Dade County official called "a significant community event whose ramification will be felt for years to come."
 The announcement will be made at a press conference scheduled for 12:30 p.m. today, March 16, at Frederick Douglass Elementary School, 314 N.W. 12 St., Miami. When asked to comment on the subject of the disclosure, an event spokesperson would only say, "Booker T. Washington High School Band will march three miles for recycling and thousands of people will respond within hours of the announcement."
 Community Recycling, an Attwoods Company, in conjunction with Metro-Dade County, operates the largest single family curbside recycling program in South Florida. Community Recycling provides service to more than 263,000 single-family homes in Dade County and over 290 Dade County public schools.
