DA'S OFFICE CLEARS YOUTH CAMP WORKER.

Philip Remington Dunn, Clemens' attorney, said the district attorney's decision relieves and vindicates his client.

``We were dealing with someone who was a private person who was brought into the public by these false allegations. I think he would just like to return to being a private person again,'' Dunn said.

Clemens worked full time at the Young Set Club for five years before being placed on administrative leave Dec. 15. The club employs 40 people and provides recreational and sports activities for about 150 children.

Following a two-month investigation, Ventura County sheriff's deputies arrested Clemens on Feb. 23 on suspicion of three counts of lewd acts with a child under 14, two counts of indecent exposure and one count of annoying or molesting a child under 18.
