D4 Creative Group Acquires Xportical.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2001

D4 Creative Group, a full-service Philadelphia advertising agency that works simultaneously with online and offline strategies, has acquired Xportical, Inc, of King of Prussia King of Prussia, industrialized suburban area (1990 pop. 18,406), Montgomery co., SE Pa. It has glass and steel fabricating, food processing, printing and publishing, and varied manufacturing (textiles, liquified petroleum gas, water-treatment and electrical , a leader in wireless technology development.

Xportical will retain the name and will become a subsidiary of D4 Creative Group. They will headquarter head·quar·ter
