D2K Announces Expanded Management Team to Match Expanded Growth; Senior Executives Attracted to D2K's Data Logistic Network Strategy.

D2K Inc.(TM), a leading provider of intranet and internet based data logistics applications, today announced the appointment of Michelle Pharr as Vice President of Sales Operations and Allan Roeder as Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances. Michelle and Allan each posses over 20 years experience working with software industry leading companies.

Michelle Pharr joins D2K as the Vice President of Sales Operations. Michelle is a veteran sales executive managing sales and support teams for market leading software companies. Michelle's most recent position was Vice President Americas for Autodesk. Her responsibilities included managing the Americas field division, World Wide Alliances, and related supporting infrastructure groups. In this capacity, Michelle rapidly grew the Autodesk Americas revenue, as well as global OEM sales, to position Autodesk as the world's fourth largest PC software company in the world. Prior to Autodesk, Michelle's background includes new company startup experience with CSM industry leader Aspect Development where she managed the Western Operations groups responsible for sales, support, and telesales.

His most recent focus was integrating large enterprise software vendor business strategies with HP field strategies, and managing the joint sales success of these programs. Allan will be developing and managing the expanded D2K market strategies for OEM and Channel programs.
