Corning Cable Systems developed the Corning Connected Community Program to assist homebuilders and community developers implementing fiber optic infrastructures into their building plans. Connexion Technologies, which designs, builds and operates fiber optic networks for developers, is an "aggregator" member of the program and has extended its membership benefits to D.R. Horton Homes.
