) Telecommunications segment, announces that D.R. Horton, Inc. has joined its Corning Connected Community([TM]) Program. Through a partnership with Connexion Technologies, one of the nation's premier fiber optic amenity companies, D.R. Horton Homes will use the benefits of the Corning Connected Community program to bring the life-enhancing benefits of fiber to the home (FTTH) to its homeowners.

Corning Cable Systems developed the Corning Connected Community Program to assist homebuilders and community developers implementing fiber optic infrastructures into their building plans. Connexion Technologies, which designs, builds and operates fiber optic networks for developers, is an "aggregator" member of the program and has extended its membership benefits to D.R. Horton Homes. Connexion Technologies has built networks for more than 10 D.R. Horton Homes properties in Florida and plans to continue building networks throughout the country in the future.
