During Thursday night's presentation, DHMG's Universal Network Inc. announced a comprehensive marketing campaign that will marry Internet Commerce and Network Marketing, revolutionizing the direct marketing industry and creating new opportunities for the company, its distributors and its customers.

Internet Commerce was first introduced to Universal Network distributors via the company's NetShopper, released Aug. 1, 1998. The NetShopper is virtual on-line store that enables customers to browse the company's products and place orders over the internet. The company has also announced plans to expand NetShopper with Rep-Mall, a password protected version of NetShopper incorporating distributor specific products and package specials. Both interfaces can be accessed at the company's website, www.uninetwork.com.

The company is now announcing it will conduct regular opportunity meetings, directed toward distributors and customers, via the Internet in real-time video presentations. Internet working presentations, such as the one conducted last night, in which the company will discuss its products and opportunities, can be accomplished at less cost and reach more individuals than traditional meetings. Furthermore, the computer interface will allow customers to purchase products and services immediately.
